*So the Cowboys' solution is more cooks in an already clustereffed kitchen? ...
*This unlikely duo shockingly beating The Ticket's BaD Radio in December ratings ...
*Something I've said all my life, but probably will never utter again ...

This is pathetic. People don't even post comments here anymore.
ReplyDeleteNah nah nah hey hey hey. Good bye.
Peace fucker
Hate to burst your bubble, but you really think I write a blog for the sole purpose of reading anonymous comments?
DeleteCrickets........
ReplyDeleteWe've known about ESPN beating BaD for a few weeks now, Richie. And let me guess (since I'm not foolish enough to give you even $1 of my money), the utterance in question is "What the WHAT?!" And why? Because you heard it being used in a commercial. "All my life.." You just can't let it go, can you, that that phrase isn't your "special" creation. You have to be seen as "right." Just as Leibniz and Newton simultaneously invented the calculus (yes, it's "the calculus"), you and Tina Fey, et alia came up with that wittiest and cleverest of propositions.
ReplyDeleteIn all honesty, no fooling, congratulations on your marriage and I wish you and the Mrs. all the happiness in the world. But, pal, this blog is about as relevant as your old partners "You haven't seen the last of me!" podcasts: out of touch and out of time. Either end the paywall and apologize to those poor souls who actually shelled out money to read your less than half-assed efforts, or keep the paywall and make the work you put into it/its content worthy of paying for, or close shop, concentrate on your pizza business, other media endeavors, and your new marriage. But this thing is, as is, dead and gone.
Never heard "What the what?!" until it came out of my mouth during a show with Newy in 2009. And, sorry, since I'm writing the blog daily how exactly is it dead? Thanks.
Deleteweird..December is also drydock for The Ticket. that just must be some crazy coincidence though....
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of The Ticket...20yrs, a massive weekend celebration...all shows spending the ENTIRE wk in NYC...just fantastic. you can watch on the webcam, rw.
one last thing...anyone know of a failing business that now has to literally give away their product for free, over and over again, just to get ppl in the door/phone to ring?!?!
The only thing that brought down the ticket round tables was when Corby was part of it!
ReplyDeleteI think Richie has realized he made a mistake putting up a paywall, but he is so stubborn and so deep into it, he'd rather lose money than admit he made a mistake. It's sad really.
ReplyDeleteI'm losing money having people pay for my product rather than give it away for free? I don't follow that logic, but thanks.
Deleteyou aren't getting nearly as much traffic as you did before you put up a paywall, so the cost of putting up an ad has decreased. so you have lost money since the 5 people who have subscribed is less money than you were receiving for the ads. it's simple logic really.
DeleteBoom! Roasted!!!
DeleteIf you were right, I'd take down the paywall immediately. It's still up.
DeleteThe reason he is making more with the paywall is because he was making zero with the ads haha
DeleteGlad you're back, and hope ya had a great, but Richie, is anyone paying for it? Man, just go back to the old way.
ReplyDeleteAccording to alexa, this pos site is down 377,000+ spots over the last 3 months. Yep, going in the wrong direction.
ReplyDeleteholy shit, you aren't kidding! hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
